Over the course of one year, participants in Learning Designer Certification^SM attend the following self-study and facilitated, interactive programs. These programs consist of either a self-study or facilitated component — followed by a knowledge assessment at the end of each program.

• Design and Development of Effective Learning^SM (4 days — Facilitator-led)

• Needs Analysis for Effective Learning^SM (2.5 days — Facilitator-led )

• Measuring the Effectiveness of Learning^SM (3 days — Facilitator-led)

• Practical Statistics for Workplace Learning Professionals^SM (18 hrs — self-study)

• Data Collection for Workplace Learning Professionals^SM (12 hrs — self-study)
