They often do not understand the outcomes, or how those outcomes impact the person(s) being harassed. Once someone has experienced sexual harassment, they often do not know how can they be helped, and how they can help themselves. Sexual harassment can lead to very serious consequences in morale, time, productivity, and legal defense expenses.
