the Learning Process Effectively® (MLPE)
MLPE is the foundation
for becoming an ALESYS Certified
Learning Manager. This very powerful, in-depth Train-the-Trainer program meets your professional
development needs as a Trainer and takes you to a higher level of professionalism,
whether you're new to the field or a seasoned veteran.
Purpose:
To enable Trainers/Facilitators at all levels of experience to develop
the skills and confidence they need to turn training into powerful learning
experiences. As you complete MLPE, you will begin to see yourself
transformed into a true "Manager of the Learning Process."
Goals:
- Deeper understanding of "learning management," the role of the Learning Manager, and
the responsibilities of Learners.
- Increased confidence in using effective techniques to deliver any type of learning content.
- More powerful learning sessions that appeal to the different styles and stages of learning.
- Improved ability to recognize and manage resistance to learning.
- Commitment among Trainers and Facilitators to become reflective practitioners in the field of learning management.
Description:
This program consists of facilitated, interactive learning on content
most relevant to workplace Trainers. It culminates in one full day of
delivery and practice; you'll use some of the instructional content you
currently teach, and present it to your peers in our last session by incorporating
techniques and strategies learned in the previous days of MLPE. Then
you'll receive feedback from your peers and your ALESYS Senior Learning Manager to truly enhance all of your future training sessions.
