Purpose:
To give Trainers/Facilitators an opportunity to sharpen foundational presentation and delivery skills.  This program provides you the opportunity to fine-tune your delivery skills through videotaped presentations.

Goals:

• Increased skill and confidence when presenting any content.
• Improved management of the learning setting, equipment, and materials for powerful delivery.
• Greater awareness of elements that contribute to, and detract from, effective delivery of training content.
• Increased confidence to create dynamic and powerful deliveries of a variety of learning programs.

Description:
This program focuses on building presentation and delivery skills in any learning setting.  You'll be exposed to effective models and then will practice developing your own effective delivery style.  You'll be videotaped twice during the session, and will receive valuable feedback that you can turn into specific action plans for improving your delivery skills in a learning environment.

Trainers, Instructors, and Facilitators at all levels of skill who deliver any type of training content, as well as new and experienced Content Experts or Managers who occasionally present or deliver information to others.
