You have procedures in place, and you believe (or our Effectiveness Evaluation indicates) they generally reflect job responsibilities.  However, some procedures may need to be updated in a few areas.

We apply our Procedurization Process — we work with your Subject Matter Experts to make sure that the areas you have identified for upgrading are improved.

Deliverable — Updated processes and procedures.

Next Steps — After you have used these documented processes and procedures for a period of time to validate their accuracy, you may convert them into a user-friendly reference system or help desk.  Here you develop an easily understood reference system that Reps use to quickly find information to assist Customers.  We can put your relevant procedures into a variety of help desk formats of your choice.  We’ll also develop scripts as appropriate to assist your Reps in providing extraordinary Customer service.

To really make it powerful — Let us use our powerful, proven Integrated Approach to Training Design and Development.  This process prepares your Reps to provide service and support to your Customers.  Your Customer service scores will markedly improve.  This investment is definitely one worth making.

Recommendation — After a few years have passed, and the processes and procedures are ready to be reviewed again, use Option 1 to achieve the highest level of continuous improvement.
